Hello All
The marquee needs to be erected for the Regatta.  It will then be left up for 
a week, as the Seabird Centre is to use it on the weekend after the Club Regatta.

As the Friday before the Regatta will be very busy, I suggest we erect the 
marquee on the afternoon of Thursday 5th May starting at 2pm.

All volunteers welcome.  A big team makes light work.  Please let me know if 
you can help.

The marquee will be taken down on Sunday 15th June, but that is so far away, 
I will send round an e-mail later asking for volunteers.
