• select an option from the menu
• the selected page is displayed - this may be in a new window
• if the page came up in a new window then you need to close the new window to go back, and this will take you straight back to where you were before the window opened
• otherwise press your explorer 'BACK' button until you see the menu again
• make a new selection ... and so on.
